The functional positioning of Yongzhou Land Port is "one hub, two centers, and three bases", which is a regional comprehensive logistics hub connecting with ASEAN and African Union, a regional public rail water intermodal transportation center, a supply chain collaborative service center, a bulk commodity distribution and trading base, an advanced manufacturing logistics supporting base, and a Yongzhou e-commerce logistics cluster base. Plan to form a spatial pattern of "one axis, one belt, one core, and three circles", that is, relying on Shuiji River Avenue to form an industrial development axis, connecting various industrial functional clusters; Forming a regional landscape and scenic belt based on the Luhong River; With Yongzhou North Freight Station as the core and industrial functions as the foundation, we will construct three functional spaces: the start-up zone circle, comprehensive bonded and induced industrial circle, and smart home industry circle. At present, the construction of Yongzhou Land Port is accelerating. The construction of the platform continues to accelerate, with the completion of the 240000 square meter smart home industry park standard factory, the operation of the cross-border e-commerce trading center, and the start of construction of a batch of projects such as the "one vertical and two horizontal" municipal road and the preservation food processing center, with a reserve of about 6000 acres of land. Continuously expanding cross-border trade, establishing a land port supply chain company, achieving supply chain trade of 140 million yuan, and providing supply chain finance funds of 120 million yuan; The digital industry platform has been established and operated, achieving centralized procurement of online raw materials, unified warehousing and distribution of offline logistics, and one click global platform promotion for product marketing; Build an exclusive official cross-border e-commerce platform for China and Africa in the province, and create a full chain service system for cross-border business. Industrial investment continues to break through, innovating investment led and joint venture cooperation investment models. A number of industrial projects, such as the World Food Port, China Myanmar "Two Country Twin Parks" Small Appliance Manufacturing Industrial Park, Prefabricated Vegetable Industrial Park, and Low Carbon Comprehensive Energy, have been signed and landed.
