On June 15, the Lengshuitan District legally demolished the houses and ancillary facilities on the land parcel of Lutang Group in Longjialing Community that had signed a expropriation agreement, with a total demolition area of 12158.37 square meters.
The land to be demolished is located near S236 Maping Overload Control Station, which belongs to the core area of Yongzhou International Dry Port Project and is also the first batch of demolition in this area.
The smooth completion of the demolition has set a good start for the subsequent land acquisition and demolition work in the core area of the dry port. We will continue to tackle the difficulties and strive to complete the assigned tasks in July," said the relevant staff of the Yongzhou International Dry Port Project Coordination Headquarters.
Yongzhou International Dry Port is located in the north of the central urban area, adjacent to the entrance and exit of Erguang Expressway and Yongzhou North Cargo Station. The overall planning area is about 13.3 square kilometers, with a total planned investment of 50 billion yuan. It mainly constructs three functional spaces based on industrial functions: the core startup area circle, the comprehensive bonded area, and the leading industrial park circle, and the smart home industry park circle. It includes the construction of platforms, channels, operations, and industries to create a "five high" dry port with "high concentration of port industry integration, high standards for dry port construction, high level of business services, high efficiency in district development, and high efficiency in land use.".
