Since the start of the land acquisition and demolition work for state-owned land and houses in the core area of Yongzhou Inland Port, the cadres and staff of the Coral Street Land Acquisition and Demolition Headquarters in Cold Water Beach District have taken root in the front line, fully carried forward the spirit of "three staring", maintained the "three doing" style, inverted the construction period, and carried out wall map operations, and the demolition work has steadily advanced.

In the demolition section of the south area of the garden farm of the Yongzhou Dry Port Project, with the roar of excavators, the house that the garden farm employee Yang Linyun has signed up for has been successfully demolished. Yang Linyun has been working in a horticultural farm for many years. After the patient and meticulous work of the headquarters staff, he actively signed a contract, and the money has not yet been fully paid. He actively cooperated with the demolition and actively moved. Yang Linyun smiled and said, "The dry port project is a national project that is beneficial to our people. We give up our small family for everyone, and we support things that are beneficial to the people."

The southern part of the Cold Water Beach Gardening Farm is located in Longma Street, Coral Street, which is the core area of the Yongzhou Dry Port Project. As of October 12, about 15830 square meters of this area should be demolished, and 15100 square meters have been demolished, with the demolition progress exceeding 95%.

Zhou Lisong, the person in charge of the Cold Water Beach Gardening Farm, introduced: "From September 29th to October 9th, we have successively demolished 16 houses and 3 factory buildings on the horticultural farm. Next, we continue to do a good job in cleaning up. We work hard day and night, do work during the day, and hold a family meeting at night. The general public is very supportive of the work. Our cadres and employees here are determined to complete the land acquisition and demolition work of the Dry Port Project on schedule."

Yongzhou Dry Port Project is located in the north of the downtown area, with an overall planning area of about 13.3 square kilometers and a total planned investment of 50 billion yuan. It is a major project for Yongzhou to build a "national regional comprehensive transportation hub city", and also an important support for Yongzhou's opening up and development to the south and the sea. Since June of this year, the Land Acquisition and Demolition Command Section of Coral Street in Lengshuitan District has formed 10 Land Acquisition and Demolition Working Groups, working day and night, deeply on the frontline of land acquisition and demolition, patiently explaining policies, and achieving the goal of "measuring the land with one ruler to the end", effectively promoting the land acquisition and demolition work of the project. The number of households to be demolished in the south of Longma Street and the Garden Farm area is 116, and the current demolition progress has exceeded 96%.
