The project is located in the northern part of the urban area of Yongzhou, adjacent to the Luozhan and Xianggui railways, and adjacent to the Erguang and Yongling expressways. It directly connects to the thousand ton port and airport of the Xiangjiang River, with a planned area of 13.3 square kilometers. It has been listed as a key construction project in Hunan Province and is one of the "Top Ten Comprehensive Transportation Infrastructure Projects" in Yongzhou City.
